The short version: this website is information about a service that's launching – it isn't the contract. Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing. When we offer you a deal, the actual terms come in writing, and those are the ones that count.
What this site is
Juiced is pre-launch. Everything on this site – the deals, the pricing, the features – describes what we're building and intend to offer. We work hard to keep it accurate, but it can change before launch as the product takes final shape. Where we've promised launch pricing to the early roster, we'll honor it.
Applying
Submitting the apply form is not a contract, an offer, or a guarantee of acceptance – it starts a conversation. You keep all rights to any music you link to us. Please only submit music you actually hold the rights to.
Numbers and estimates
The royalty calculator uses blended per-stream estimates for illustration. Real streaming payouts vary by platform, territory, and listener tier, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of earnings.
Our content
The Juiced name, the droplet mark, and the contents of this site belong to us. Don't copy the brand or pass yourself off as us. Quoting or linking to the site fairly is fine – encouraged, even.
The boring-but-necessary part
This site is provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of this informational site. Any actual agreement between you and Juiced will state its own governing law and terms – and where that agreement differs from this page, the agreement wins.
