Do I keep my rights?
Yes. Your masters and publishing stay yours, always. You grant us a distribution license for the term of the deal; when you leave, it ends. We never take ownership of your music.
What does Juiced actually take?
Depends on the deal you pick. Fresh: a flat $39/yr and you keep 100% of your streaming net. Pressed: 15% of net, no subscription. Select: bespoke terms agreed together, with a marketing budget on top. Boosts only earn when they deliver. No hidden recoupments, no per-store charges, no "breakage" – your statement shows everything.
Can I switch deals as I grow?
Yes – that's the point. Your catalog stays exactly where it is; only the terms change. Most artists start on Fresh or Pressed and step up when a release deserves the full push. No re-uploading, no takedowns, no migration.
How fast is delivery?
Once a release clears QC, we aim to have it with the major platforms within days – final timing always depends on each store's ingestion queue, which nobody controls. Plan releases with at least a week of buffer, and for playlist and editorial pitching give us three to four weeks of lead time – that's a platform requirement, not ours.
Is Juiced selective?
Distribution isn't – Fresh is open to everyone, first release or hundredth, with the same quality support. The deals are: Pressed and Select go through A&R, and we say no when it's not a fit – but you always get a real answer. That's what keeps the partner roster meaning something.
Can I leave? Do you hold catalogs hostage?
You can leave, and your catalog transfers out cleanly. We never take music down as leverage. If something has to come down – a legal or rights issue – you get notice and a chance to respond whenever the call is ours to make. Some platform- or court-ordered removals happen immediately and are out of our hands, but even then you'll always hear from us about what happened and why.
What happens if someone steals or rips my music?
Protection is part of the job, not an upsell. Content ID claims your sound across YouTube automatically, and when a track gets ripped or re-uploaded we file the takedowns and handle the disputes. Contracts and splits come in writing and get checked before you sign. Deeper legal work runs through the Legal desk – included on Pressed and Select.
Do you accept AI-assisted music?
Yes, if the rights are 100% yours and it clears the same quality bar as everything else. What we won't ship is spam – mass-generated catalogs hurt everyone on the platform.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, with full statements, and we keep the payout minimum low. We never sit on your money without a reason – the only time funds pause is when a platform flags activity for review or claws royalties back, and if that happens you hear it from us with the why. Splits go to each collaborator at the source, so nobody has to chase anybody.
