Privacy, plainly.

The short version: the only personal information this site touches is what you type into the apply form. We use it to review your application and reply to you. We don't sell it, we don't run ads, and we don't track you around the internet.

Who we are

Juiced is an independent music distribution and label services company, currently pre-launch. Until our own domain and inboxes go live, the fastest way to reach us about anything on this page is the form on the main site.

What we collect, and why

When you submit the apply form we receive what you entered: your name, artist or label name, email address, the deal you're interested in, a link to your music, and anything you write in the notes. We use it for exactly one purpose – reviewing your application and getting back to you. The legal basis for this is your consent (you chose to send it) and our legitimate interest in responding.

Browsing the site itself requires no account and sets no tracking cookies.

Where it goes

That's the whole list. Nobody else receives your information, and we never sell or rent it.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept while we review them and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can follow up. If you want yours deleted sooner, ask and it's gone.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you're in the EU/EEA, these are your GDPR rights and we honor them regardless of where you are. Reach out through the form and mention it's a privacy request.

Changes

If we change how this site handles information – for example when accounts and payouts launch – this page changes first, with a new date at the top.
